Who handles your information
KRISHIGEARS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED uses customer and dealer information to handle machinery enquiries, sales, delivery, spare parts and support. Contact founder@krishigears.com about privacy or your information.
Information we receive
Information you provide can include your name, phone number, email, business details, location, product requirements, messages and order or support details. Website and platform tools may also process device, browser, cookie and campaign information.
Connected channels
When an official connection is enabled, enquiries, lead-form answers, contact details, messages and delivery/status information from our company storefront, email and Meta business channels may be recorded in our internal ERP. Receiving an enquiry does not by itself grant permission for unrelated marketing. Not every social channel or inbox is currently connected.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to your request, assign follow-up, prepare quotations, manage orders and collections, coordinate delivery, provide service and parts, maintain business records and protect our systems. Marketing messages remain subject to the choices and permissions applicable to the channel.
Who may receive it
Access is provided to authorised company staff and to service providers handling our hosting, email, storefront and connected business channels. Necessary order or support details may be shared with sourcing, transport, payment or service partners to carry out your request. These platforms also operate under their own privacy notices.
Accuracy, access and security
Information from our existing business directory may be recorded as a suggested match for staff review. A suggestion is not a verified identity. We restrict system access and protect credentials, but cannot guarantee that any system is completely secure.
Retention and your choices
We retain information needed for enquiries, orders, service, security and applicable record-keeping requirements. You may ask for access, correction, deletion or an end to optional marketing by emailing founder@krishigears.com. Some transaction or compliance records may need to be retained. Protected backups are removed under the backup retention schedule.
Questions and requests
Use the data-deletion instructions linked below to identify records belonging to you. Do not send a password, PIN, OTP or government identity document with an initial request. We review requests and explain the outcome, including any information that must be retained.
